PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Your subscription will continue month-to-month and will be renewed automatically unless you cancel or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s fees. Any terms that are materially different from those in this section will be disclosed at the time you sign up. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise noted in these Terms & Conditions, any price changes to your subscription will take effect following email notice to you. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

DISPUTES
With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of California, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within California.
