Yes, you are welcome to take photos during the event and may also record brief video segments that can be posted on social media. This content is fully owned by Nerida Joy and cannot be edited, sold or repurposed for any promotional use.
Breakfast and lunch will be served buffet-style. We strive to have a variety of options. You can also email us if you have any questions, or to let us know about specific restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive a hotel booking link exclusively for conference attendees. There is a limited number of rooms available at the event's group rate, so we advise booking as soon as possible.

We are unable to ship any of the swag bags, however there is a post office nearby at 4325 Glencoe Ave.
Your ticket is not refundable, but you may transfer it to another person who can attend the event in your place. Please notify our team at least 48 hours in advance so we can facilitate this for you.

Yes, you can purchase the Day 1 Pass to enjoy all the education and demos on Sunday April 19th. It is not possible to attend the hands-on day on Monday April 20th without a Full Access Pass.
